Lucky for you, we’ve got your festive menu covered so you can serve snacks in style for your St. Patrick’s Day gathering!
Lucky Surprise CupcakesGive your guests a delicious surprise with this fun and festive dessert that gets better with every bite!
Gather together the following ingredients: Yellow cake mix, other additives listed on the cake mix box (typically water, oil, and eggs), 2 cups Lucky Charms™ marshmallows, rainbow-colored sprinkles, and 1 container of green frosting (or white with green food coloring added)
Step 1: Preheat your oven and prepare your cake mix as specified in the instructions.
Step 2: Put paper baking cups in a standard-size muffin pan and divide the cake batter evenly among the cups.
Step 3: Bake the batter in the oven as directed on the box and then remove from heat and let cool.
Step 4: Use a knife to cut out a hollow cavity in the center of your cupcake, approximately 1 inch deep, and save the cut-out cake chunk.
Step 5: Fill your cupcake opening with Lucky Charms™ marshmallows and sprinkles.
Step 6: Trim your cut-out cake chunk to accommodate the added marshmallows and sprinkles, and use it to cover the hole in the center of your cupcake.
Step 7: Pipe frosting onto the top of your cupcake or frost on with a utensil.
Step 8: Garnish with some added sprinkles and enjoy!
St. Paddy's Spinach CupsMake this tasty pastry appetizer for a mouthwatering treat that will have your guests coming back for seconds and thirds!
You'll need 6 cups frozen spinach, a 1/2 cup water, 18 oz. cream cheese, 1 tube of crescent roll dough, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg and a pinch of salt to make these delicious St. Paddy's Spinach Cups.
Step 1: Thaw out your spinach and drain.
Step 2: Combine your spinach with the cream cheese, salt, and nutmeg in a large bowl and stir.
Step 3: Spread out your dough and use a circle cookie cutter to cut out small circles.
Step 4: Push your pastry circles down into a non-stick mini muffin pan to create small cups.
Step 5: Spoon your spinach mixture into the cups and bake at 400º for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Remove from heat, serve, and enjoy!
Shamrock BitesCelebrate the luck of the four-leaf clover with these mouthwatering and easy-to-make shamrock bite appetizers!
1 green bell pepper, 2 English muffins (halved), and Cheddar cheese slices is all you need to make this tasty treat!
Step 1: Slice your pepper widthwise to create the outline of a clover.
Step 2: On your English muffin halves, lay on slices of cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Top your cheese with a shamrock-shaped pepper.
Step 4: Bake in the oven on 250º and remove from heat once the cheese is melted.
Step 5: Serve your shamrock bites and watch your guests dig in.

Mix the following ingredients together: 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream, 4 oz. creme de menthe liquer, 3 oz. vodka, 3 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, whipped cream, Maraschino cherry (for garnish).
Step 1: Combine the ice cream, alcohol, and vanilla extract in a blend.
Step 2: Mix until it reaches a thick, liquid consistency.
Step 3: Divide between two glasses.
